We need an ecommerce site developed. We want to start by providing a simple 1 product shopping cart with payments to be made through PayPal, and a Daily mail-out/newsletter to those registered with us.

We want to use the Linux-Apache-Mysql-Php architecture. The site must also work across SSL.

We already have most of the design done, so we are only concerned with the technical functionality ONLY.

We have budgeted for the development of the following components to be developed within 15 days:
1. Database Backend
2. User Registration and sign-up confirmation
3. Daily and Monthly Emailer
4. Shopping Cart/Purchase Process
5. Order Management – export CSV file of daily orders
6. Catalogue and Product listing Administration
7. Comments and Voting features
